Premonition

It started out as a typical dream. Words, ideas, and images floated about your subconscious, a stream of ever changing realities. Nothing ever stayed the same for too long. The scenery warped around you, colors shifted constantly and shapes were skewed. Random objects floated about, faded in and out of existence, accompanied by disembodied voices. Things in your dreamscape made little sense, if ever at all. Nothing was ever clear as most of which that you see were mere fragments of a fragmented whole. Your dreams were unfocused and fleeting, imparting upon you phantom like sensations - the result of experiencing strange non-realities - and little else. Presently, your dreamscape…

A. ...was still in a state of chaos. Despite it being your dream you could neither make heads nor tails of it. Everything appeared fuzzy and distorted in your dream. Your vision was blurred and your hearing muffled. Things simply refused to settle down and it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep your wits about you. B. ...was slowly becoming more stable. A proper landscape was starting to form and a sense of order was gradually being established. You could now pick out specific details within your dreamworld as your vision cleared and your senses returned to normal causing a feeling of intense relief to wash over you. C. ...was empty. The senselessness of it all irritated you, so you simply willed it all away. Your dreamscape belonged to you. It was a private domain only accessible to you. All things considered, it was only natural that you had a considerable amount of control over it. D. ...interested you immensely. The cacophony of sounds and visions, the way they undulated and stimulated your senses, they captivated you completely. You observed your dreamscape, its constant changes, with a keen interest. The fact that there was an obvious lack of order within your dreaming mind brought an amused smile to your lips.
